Waiting on the 20th to leave for my new job outside of Indiana, Pa.

I am 52, East Texas raised, born and bred, Every auto I have is 4x4 including my 4 wheeler & tractor . I work in the oilfield and like it. Love the outdoors, love to fish, hunt and walk in the woods. Love life and all it has to offer. Lets ride. I ride with friends from Houston Jeep People on weekends I can get away.

Just starting out but willing to learn. Our TJ is my work vehicle so we can't bend it too bad or I will be walking. Our first JJ will be Palo Duro. We will be asking to be driving on the "bunnie trails" because of my beginner skills but we hope to get better and learn the finer points of 4-wheeling while on our first trip. We are looking forward to meeting all of the people associated with JJ and of course the great cooking we have heard so much about.

Waiting for Palo Duro JJ!!!!!!!!!!

Been Jeepin about 6 years now and have gone from pavement pounder to hardcore in a short time. We wheel Disney, OK most often with my wife and 2 sons. Koyt is only 5 mo. old, so no trips for him yet, but Alex is 7 and he goes when he can. Wife likes, but doesn't love it as much as I do. but she lets me go!! Plan on a few more upgrades, but for the most part, want to keep my Jeep tough enough to do all I want to, but not so big I don't have to DRIVE it. Prolly lookin at D44's, 36-38's and a V-6 as the hilt.
