Photos - allow members to upload trip and vehicle photos

In addition to member profile/ride photos as discussed in the MyRides thread, researching a way to allow members to upload trip photos-- will likely link to, or make it a subset feature of, the MyTrips feature.

BTW currently looking at Picasa and/or Flickr integration.
