If Only the Tables could be TURNED!!

Well I just read yet another "best and worst" vehicle report. "These" are the best cars to buy. And "these" are the worst... according to "these" people surveyed or "those" in the automotive industry. What I'm getting at is the "JEEP" always seems to be near the bottom of this "worst" list. I always try to read the entire article to find out just why the Jeep is so bad, and just who is saying it. All I ever get out of these reports is that the Jeep is too uncomfortable, too stiff, ride is harsh, the controls aren't arranged very well, it looks too boxy, blah,blah,blah. IT'S A D*#M JEEP!!!! So, just who are these people giving the Jeep hell.... Freaking "CAR" people!! I wish there was a different list out, Hmmm...
If I were reporting it would go like this... " I took the new Jeep out on the trails today, it did amazingly wonderful. The Honda Accord and civic did crappy!! The Toyota Camry couldn't even make it onto the trail. The Lexus SUV was shot after the first rock. After $4800 in repairs it was trailered home. The Honda and Toyota models felt very cushy as I sat there for several hours waiting to be winched out of the puddle my front tire sunk in. While waiting I noticed how well the controls were laid out. It was very easy to reach the CD controls as I just sat there watching the Jeep go up and down trails meant only for mountain goats. If my money is to be spent on a TRUE off road vehicle - buy the Jeep!! The honda, toyota, suzuki, nissan, lexus, and infiniti all got a thumbs down in every off-road category." I wonder how the CAR guys would like that list!!
